To take advantage of our in-store pickup option, simply follow these steps:

1. Browse our online menu: Our extensive menu is available here, allowing you to explore our selection of premium cannabis products at your convenience.
2. Place your order: Once you’ve found the products you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure to select the in-store pickup option.
3. Receive order notifications: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once your order is sent to the store for fulfillment, you’ll receive another email notification. A final email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Picking Up Your Order at Benedict's Supply

When you arrive at Benedict's Supply to pick up your order, here’s what you can expect:

1. Check-in with our team: Let our friendly staff know that you placed a preorder online. They’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Verify your identity: Our budtenders will confirm that the name on your government-issued ID matches the name associated with your online order.
3. Complete your purchase: Finalize your transaction by providing payment. We accept cash and debit cards for your convenience.

For in-store orders, you can also use our bud-bar kiosk or place your order directly with a budtender. If you choose to order through the kiosk, simply get in line to pay with a budtender, who will check your ID and match it with the kiosk order before completing the sale.

Timing and Policies for In-Store Pickup

At Benedict's Supply, we want to ensure that your in-store pickup experience is as smooth as possible. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

• Our store is open until 8pm, and orders for same-day pickup must be placed by 7:30pm.
• For cannabis-specific items, we only accept returns on defective products within five days of purchase. We will replace defective products at no charge, when possible.
• For non-cannabis items, we accept returns on unused items for 30 days. However, we cannot accept returns on accessories that have been used or altered.
